It is good that these two things are not scarce across the India. On the contrary. Shops are fully stocked with it. Trick lies in mastering of modern Japanese techniques like LEAN production and Just In Time. Having exact amount just when you need it.

When you wake up in the middle of the night thirsty enough to drink half of Ganga, there is not a single tap in India you can use without risk of Delhi belly. When you suffer from Delhi belly (and you will, at least couple of days), you never know which place you will HAVE to use. If you´re lucky, there is prepared supply of paper. If you less lucky, you will start learning “the indian way” with bucket of water. If you have really bad day…
